Why CTC Aviation?

Committed to excellence

CTC Aviation is a global leader in airline training and resourcing. Driven by a commitment to excellence, we provide innovative solutions in true partnership with our customers.

We have always been a pioneer in the field. Our instructors are drawn directly from the industry and understand the latest developments in aviation technology and thinking. Our aspiring pilots train on next-generation simulators and aircraft. And we continually shape and tailor programmes to meet specific airline needs, cultures and operating procedures.

We pride ourselves on our ability to build and nurture unique partnerships throughout the airline industry. This means our aspiring pilots have the very best chance of securing employment in their dream career.  Our people are professional aviators who are passionate about training. Our instructors and training Captains, whether teaching in the classroom, simulator or in the air, are all recruited for their skills, passion and unrivalled ability to pass on knowledge and experience. Together, they boast millions of hours of flying, teaching and examining experience.

A unique relationship with British Airways

CTC Aviation has supported British Airways’s sustained growth by delivering a variety of training courses for both our experienced and newly qualified pilots for nearly twenty years. We have been delivering BAJOC (the equivalent to CTC Aviation’s AQC) to British Airways entry cadet pilots since 1995.

Today, we manage the entire British Airways Future Flight Programme for the airline. We deliver all the advanced type rating training for all BAFPP trainees, regardless of whether you choose to train with us or another provider.
So, choosing to train with CTC Aviation means you will be taken under our wing and you'll be looked after by the same core team, throughout every phase of your training and into employment with British Airways.

In recognition of our training expertise, British Airways has chosen CTC Aviation as their training partner for Airbus A18/19/20/21 conversion training for both newly qualified and experience pilots, including those moving aircraft types for command upgrade.
