Turkish Segmen Flight Academy acquired an ALSIM ALX Simulator

Alsim is pleased to announce Guneydogu Aviation (GDH), school based in Turkey, acquired a Light Turboprop ALX, for its recently established Segmen Flight Academy.

Alsim ALX FSTD is the perfect fit for Segmen Flight Academy as it can be used for all phases of flight training from PPL to ATPL and MCC. It is compatible with the types of aircraft that are used in Segmen Flight Academy and can simulate all emergency situations together with all weather and environment conditions. In addition, one can switch in few seconds from one type of aircraft to another : all those features ensure the quality of the trainings conducted in ALX matches with Segmen Flight Academy’s targets.

Segmen Flight Academy was founded in 2015 in Ankara, Turkey, by GDH in partnership with Belka A.S. Segmen Flight Academy aims to provide high quality pilot trainings for aviation enthusiasts wishing to fly for leisure as well as candidates wishing to become professional pilots. Segmen Flight Academy also cooperates with universities providing theoretical pilot trainings and performs flight trainings of these universities’ students.

Alsim has been developing and manufacturing its simulators in France since 1994: more than 200 simulators for private or professional pilots training have been installed worldwide to date, to more than 150 client premises.
