Horizon SFA is expanding it's fleet of training aircraft. Beginning of March delivery of the first Lightwing AC4 took place. While the current mulit engine piston training aircraft received an extensive avionics upgrade we are looking forward to receiving two new Diamond DA42-VI and one simulator in the upcoming months.
Horizon SFA's Classic Programme will be replaced by the new Airline Cadet Programme (ACP). Major improvements consist of newly implemented training modules, such as "ACP standardization", "Upset Prevention and Recovery" and the "Jet Orientation Course". The proven modular flight training course up to ATPL will be combined with an airline standardization. The program is designed to fulfil requirements of confedarate training subsidies (article 103) and our airline partners Helveitc Airways and easyJet Switzerland.
