The Helicopter Pilot Courses by Karen

The Karen Helicopter School in Switzerland offer:

- modular courses:
There is no strict attendance obligation on the flight training; the trainee progress is subject to student's availability

- integrated courses:
Through a rigorous training program, this type of continous training forces the candidate to attend the course for the duration of activities planned by Karen School. Un like the modular courses, theory and practice are an integral part of training.
Karen is licenced to train CPL (H), that includes the night rating (NIT)

- Ratings:
In addition to the basic training, other courses to obtain ratings and qualifications are avalable. At the moment Karen is able to offer:
- IR (H) Instrument rating
- NIT (H) Night Flight Qualification
- TRS/TRM (H) type rating single and multi engine helicopters
- MOU (H) Mountain flight
- ECS (H) external cargo sling
- HDF (H) helicopter departure in fog
